Your consultation includes a 30-minute virtual intake call to discuss your wellness goals and concerns. Following our call, you'll receive a personalized 1–2 page wellness plan featuring three herbal recommendations, practical self-care routines, and safety guidance tailored to your individual needs. Your personalized plan will be emailed to you within 5 business days. All herbal consultations include a complimentary 30-day follow-up call to discuss your progress and answer any questions. Donation: No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Pay what you can.
